We recommend that you taste the truffles from the simplest to the most complex flavours. You will want to sample a maximum of five chocolate truffles at one sitting. Otherwise, it will become difficult to differentiate the nuances. As well, you will want to cleanse your palate with water (spring or carbonated) between each tasting.
